Production Process

1. Requirement Review & Design Development

  • Brand Positioning Analysis: Understand your brand style, target customers, and usage scenarios.
  • Design Proposal: Provide sketches, 3D renderings, or physical references to confirm bag shape, size, and functional structure.
  • Material Selection: Choose leather, fabrics, and hardware (zippers, buckles, fittings). Material swatches, color cards, and eco-certified options are available.

2. Sampling & Refinement

  • Initial Sample Making: Produce 1–2 prototype samples to verify structure and production feasibility.
  • Detail Optimization: Adjust stitching density, edge finishing, hardware placement, and internal layout.
  • Sample Approval: Client testing and feedback lead to final confirmation of the Pre-Production (PP) Sample.

3. Production Preparation

  • Material Sourcing & Inspection: Purchase approved materials and inspect thickness, color consistency, and abrasion resistance.
  • Pattern & Cutting Mold Creation: Develop precise cutting templates based on the final design.
  • Process Standardization: Prepare detailed production guidelines defining sewing, assembly, and quality control standards.

4. Mass Production

  • Cutting: Machine or hand cutting of main materials, linings, and interlayers.
  • Pre-Assembly Processing: Edge skiving, edge painting, logo printing/embroidery, and hardware plating.
  • Sewing & Assembly:
    Inner pockets and compartments stitching
    Main body assembly (machine or hand-stitched)
    Hardware installation (rivets, buckles, fasteners)
    Handle and shoulder strap attachment
  • In-Process Quality Check: Inspect stitching strength, symmetry, and surface appearance.

5. Finishing & Final Inspection

  • Cleaning & Shaping: Trim loose threads, remove stains, heat press or fill for shape setting.
  • Functional Testing: Test zipper smoothness, load-bearing strength, and opening/closing performance.
  • 100% Final Inspection: Check for color variation, scratches, and hardware defects; grade products according to quality standards.

6. Packaging & Delivery

  • Protective Packaging: Apply protective film, insert dust bags, and add internal support.
  • Custom Branded Packaging: Gift boxes, hangtags, warranty cards, and care instructions available.
  • Logistics & Shipment: Arrange partial or full shipments with tracking support and export documentation assistance.
